For new members who want to create their microsite here's what to do:

First of all register an account. Fill in the form at http://www.auroracreativearts.co.uk/register. An email will be sent to a website administrator informing them of your registration. Your name will be checked against the list of members, and then authorised. You'll receive an email automatically as soon as this happens.

Once your registration has been confirmed go to the Aurora homepage at http://www.auroracreativearts.co.uk. Follow the link at the top of the page to 'member login' and then enter your login details.

If this is your first visit to the content management system then a form will appear for you to fill in. This content will appear on your microsite. If you have already filled the form in then a menu appears giving you a number of options.

There are notes at the bottom of each page to guide you through filling the form in. Once you have filled in your form you will be reminded to check through your information by previewing your site, and then once you are happy you can change the status of your site from 'hidden' to 'live'.

The main thing to bear in mind is the size of images you upload. The system will resize images up to a point. If the image is too big then the system will struggle, as this large image has to be uploaded and then resized by the server. To ensure trouble free operation please make sure that your images are no bigger than 1000 pixels on the longest side, are 72dpi and RGB colour.

If you have purchased an online shop then you can start building this once you have created your microsite. When you have filled in the initial form you will be taken back to a menu which will direct you to the shop content management system.
