We are delighted to invite you to apply to exhibit at Christmas events in the Durham and Tees Valley area at Hardwick Hall, in North Yorkshire, at the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate and at Gosforth Park Racecourse, Newcastle.
The event at Newcastle will be held 4th-7th November and welcome the established array of fine food and drink, fabulous gift ideas, fashion and ideas for Christmas.
The Christmas Fair at Hardwick Hall will be held 12th-14th November in a self-contained marquee a short walk from the hotel (80 yards) where there will be convenient exhibitor parking. We very much hope we can welcome you to this exciting venue. Please find the Application Form and Floor Plan attached.
We are also very excited to announce a new event, the Living North Christmas Fair (Yorkshire). We are delighted to invite you to join us at what we anticipate will be the most spectacular Christmas Fair we have organised to date at the acclaimed Yorkshire Event Centre just two miles outside Harrogate. Its unrivalled facilities include fabulous exhibition space, and unlimited free parking and the event will be backed by a significant and targeted marketing campaign via national and local press, radio and sponsors to ensure an affluent and discerning audience. We have deliberately kept our stand prices extremely competitive for an exhibition of this stature.
One of the reasons our events have been so popular in the North East, aside from the outstanding exhibitors who choose to attend, is the effective promotional features and marketing coverage we give through Living North magazine and various media channels. Over the next few weeks we will also announce a significant media tie-in which will again allow all our exhibitors to benefit from free additional marketing opportunities.
We have opted for three trading days rather than four as we appreciate this is a hugely busy time of year for exhibitors and we also wish to maximise the impact over three days.
