Grants and funding information from Chris Dawson

Hi Everyone

I was at the Aurora meeting at Linden Hall and i said i would put some information on here about any grants that i find out about.

1. New Entrepreneur Scholarship

This is a £1500 grant but unfortunately this is postcoded This course is ran by Entrust and it is 1 day a week for 4 months and at the end of the course you are eligible for the £1500 grant.
This grant will let you buy stock, equipment, insurance and also 30% towards the cost of a vehicle.
The only criterias are postcodes and you are not registered self employed BEFORE you start the course.
The course is due to start on the 17th july but next one is in January. On the course you meet Bankers, Solicitors, Accountants, Geoff Ram (Market research), and many others plus you will gain an NVQ !!!!
